Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the theme or do not find it beneficial for your needs, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • You must request the refund within 30 calendar days. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Once refunded, your license to use the theme will be revoked, and you must stop using and delete all copies of the theme files.

What Qualifies for a Refund

  • The theme does not meet your expectations.
  • You decide it is not the right fit for your store after testing it.
  • Minor customization issues that you cannot resolve (we recommend contacting our support first).

  2. Include your Order Number and the reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will review your request (usually within 24–48 hours).
  4. If approved, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation.
