Refund Policy
- 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the theme or do not find it beneficial for your needs, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
- You must request the refund within 30 calendar days. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Once refunded, your license to use the theme will be revoked, and you must stop using and delete all copies of the theme files.
What Qualifies for a Refund
- The theme does not meet your expectations.
- You decide it is not the right fit for your store after testing it.
- Minor customization issues that you cannot resolve (we recommend contacting our support first).

- Include your Order Number and the reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request (usually within 24–48 hours).
- If approved, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation.
